He offered to assist me last night, but I recognized it was late and told him I would come back today. I showed up today, the door was still frozen shut, but Bill came walking up with a shovel and helped me access the unit. Thank you, Billy! You made my day!

The lady told me that she would check the unit, and I would not be charged for another month. I was charged for an additional month on 11.27.2025.
