Seems like they were constantly raising the rates. Every three or four months my bill got bigger and buy as much as 20% from one month to the next. Also, it was very difficult to resolve any issue I had. There was never a representative on site and customer service by phone was never able to do much more than refer me to the downtown location, which is always staffed. F-
