Mitsu was recommended to me by both the condo complex I moved into and the Berkshire Hathaway Realtors I worked with, and I can absolutely see why. I was relocating from out of state, and Mitsu took the time to meet with me over Zoom to walk through all the window treatment options so I could think about them while selecting other furnishings for my condo. That extra effort made the entire process feel easy and well thought out, even from afar. After closing and on move-in day, Mitsu came on short notice to show fabrics in person and talk through final options. He was incredibly patient and offered thoughtful, practical advice based on his experience. We reviewed all the options, pricing, and delivery timing together, and I felt confident every step of the way. One of the nicest surprises was that Mitsu installed temporary paper shades throughout my condo while I waited for the custom products. They were amazing—simple, effective, and blocked annoying light at night so well that I wasn’t impacted at all during the four-week wait. When the custom shades arrived, installation was completely seamless. Mitsu handled everything and even came the day after Christmas so I could have my shades as soon as possible. The final result is beautiful, functional, and exactly what I wanted. The photos truly say it all. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Budget Blinds—and especially Mitsu—to anyone looking for great service, excellent advice, and beautiful results.
