    I almost forgot to write this review until it came back to my mind,but I need to write this review because of what was witnessed by someone & shared with me about what took place at this 86th st At Home store.I was told there was a child in the back of the store around the furniture & mattress area alone in a make shift tent made out of blankets,pillows & toys(in which the person found really strange)so naturally the person looked around to see if anyone was looking for their child ,but from what they shared the store was not that busy.The person then told a employee about the situation & the person said that the child was a At Home Employee's & the little girl was hanging out in the back of the sales floor until her dads shift was over & that the manager knew of the situation & she allowed him to bring his daughter to work.The person then felt more reassured before leaving knowing that the child was that of an employees & not a lost child,but my concern is what if that person was not a caring,concerned individual?What if something fell on her and injured her or worse,what if someone decided to abduct her!Then that would have been on the Managers hands!The person who witnessed this & myself will no longer support a store that doesn't keep the safety of children in mind.This is bad on ALL LEVELS,from the dad who left her in the back while working,to the manager who told him he could bring his child to work.This should be looked into immediately,because next time he might not be so lucky in the world that we live in today!

    I am a person that loves to shop. I've worked hard my entire life and now that I am retired I am able to enjoy my life and shopping is a big part of my hobbies. At Home is one of my favorite stores I've shopped at the 86th st location as well as other Indianapolis locations for years now, and have seen many faces from management to employees come and go. As much as I shop I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so because this particular shopping experience was just down right bad customer service, all the way around!!!! I am a pleasant person in general and on this day I was in a very good mood until one of the associates had to call for a manager by the name of Ann up to the front for help, and man oh man lets just say her attitude sucks!!!!She was very rude,short and snobby towards the nice young lady that was helping me. Ann barked out to her as though she was just down right stupid,which REALLY upset me,because that young girl did not deserve to be talked to like that ,and I hope she went home and told her parents. Ann was also very dry towards me with no resolution to my problem, but to call customer service and then proceeded to wobble away from the counter hair wild,shirt messy and out of breath like I had just disturbed her meal. I will not be shopping at this location anymore because of this reason. Out of all the years I have been a customer here I have NEVER had this experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I do however show gratitude to the young lady that tried to make an effort to help me,Thank you.

No receipt? If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
