  Justin did my services Saturday morning. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the effectiveness of the treatment until the next one. He was very thorough. He sprayed and left insect catching cards in areas I hadn’t thought of. We’ve had this infestation for over a year now. Everything I’ve used has had a limited or temporary affect. My problem area is my kitchen. Justin was very aggressive in attacking this area. I am extremely happy to report that I’ve already since a marked decrease in the amount of pests running around. Hopefully we are able to completely eliminate these bugs all together. Thanks Justin for a great job!

  Ron was great today. He respected that I didn’t want a service person coming into my home today. He stayed calm when my dogs were barking behind me through the closed glass door. He politely answered my follow up questions via text, which was my preference. The only thing I would say is I might want someone to tell me when or why I would need to have the inside of my house treated, so I can put the dogs in a separate room.

  I am really disappointed with service and not being able to contact a customer representative when needed. I have tried to cancel treatments or reschedule and have not been able to because I am only given specific dates that don’t work with my schedule. I only signed up for treatment for the outside of my house from April through October and they treated my property in January. Just a way to rack up charges when there aren’t any bugs to treat unless you are penetrating the sub soil.

  The salesman was smooth that’s for sure. The first service was amazing. I even tipped the gentleman $20 because I was blown away by the work he did. Follow up services were much less detailed, one of which they were on premises for exactly 12 minutes (outside service only). They bill you monthly, even when they don’t come out. No need to spray for bugs in December in Indiana but they still charged $80. Did so in September also. This wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale. When you call they say there’s nothing they can do.

  Beware! Beware! I’m disappointed with my experience with this pest control company. When I signed up, we had agreed to a 12‑month service plan, but I later discovered the contract locked me into 24 months without my consent. On top of that, they billed me monthly even though treatments were not performed monthly as originally promised.I reached out to clarify the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I expected transparency and integrity, but instead felt misled by the difference between what was discussed and what was documented. Prospective customers should carefully read every line before signing, as what’s promised verbally may not match the written agreement.I hope the company takes steps to improve communication and billing accuracy, because trustworthy service should always match the agreement made with the customer.
