  My Service technician did an outstanding job once again! He let me know in advance that he would soon be arriving. He arrived right on time. He did an extremely thorough and careful job. He took great pictures and explained everything that he did. Just absolutely tremendous service!

  I’ve used Aptive for many years and I’m very happy with them. I love how they work with you and always make you feel like a valued customer. Mycal did a great job… he was thorough in answering my questions and focusing on my areas of concern. He didn’t rush through the job. They tell you exactly what they did and send you pictures of it being done. And it’s great that you can assign the same technician to come back instead of having different people in and out of your home.👍

  Update: Customer service response rate is top notch! Quickest response time I've ever had and rectified the billing. I can't say how amazing they are. Their technicians are truly wonderful, they explain everything and give you options that best suite your needs. Original: Overall seems to be a good service. I was promised a lower rate of $65 a month for the first year at signup, but have been charged $80 every month. Not sure it’s worth that much, but the service has been good and they have addressed the issues I’ve had with ants.

  Colby was very professional and took care of all our concerns and needs. He got down to business and asked us if we have any questions and told us exactly what all he was doing in a professional manner. He seems to me that he is a real good asset to have with your company, especially with it being so hard to find good quality people nowadays that want to work.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We signed up with this company for the 2nd time and the we have been treated very unprofessional. Just to save time in all the details i have called in 4 times in the last week and no one will return my call. The technician sprayed our windows and we had just had them clean. They did it the first time and we had them recleaned and then they did it again. When i told him not to spray the windows he got defensive and told me that he would just cancel our service and he just left. I called in and my call when to South Africa. And they said they would have a manager call me. No one has or will return my call but if you call in and want them to service your home the call stays in the United States and someone will call you but when you have a issue you won't be able to talk to any one to get help. This is a BIG RED Flag !! Call any number you can find for this company you will get a automated system that will give you 2- choices. 1- if you are a customer or 2- if you want service. If you press 1 your call will go to south africa ( because they don't want to talk to you about a problem) but if you press 2 they want to get you signed up. But if you have any issue beware you are on your own! One more thing if they truly cared about the customer don't you think you could get a call back from a Manager??????
