  The guy did an amazing job and was sweet and helpful plus respected my wishes and made sure he didn't miss anything. There is just couple reasons I gave 4/5 because the guy didn't have everything supposed to and I feel it's on captive to make sure all trucks or vans are completely stocked before visit a home. Also I was supposed to get money for referral never got it or the person I got to move over to aptive. I already called them about it numerous times but NEVER HAVE THEY APPLIED it to account or send me money for referral. Be warned cause they will not give it.

  Ended up ok but the start was not ideal I had a new representative who was not familiar with our situation He case to the front door (very early in the day) and when my wife told him that we do not do the indoors he took off. Well ever since we started with you guys we just do the outside of the house and hope that you do a more than adequate job to hopefully make up for not doing the inside of the house

  My experience with the company in a whole is 3/5 stars, my experience with the person Justin that came out is what stole the show, he's 6 out of 5 stars. I was trying to price around because we had an overwhelming amount of gnats and couldn't get rid of them, the salesman basically was too pushy, lied to get the sale, told me things that made me want to use this company, the exterminater himself, although I was upset at the fact the process would take longer, he was realistic with me, it had nothing to do with a sale, he was giving me the reality of the matter, which I appreciated, even if I didnt want to hear it. He came out, did his thing, sent me pictures and told me the next steps and what to expect. His job was amazing. Justin over exceeded my expectations and it saved my opinion on the company. Im no longer mad at the pushy salesman because Justin did an amazing jobs, it was a difference as soon as I got home maybe 3 hrs later. I will continue to use them and hopefully they will send the same person out each time. Thank you Justin!

  I'm not certain of the effect of the service, it only takes a few neighbors not doing their part, and you still have mosquitos, and a wife nagging about $100 a month bill. As far as what I have read and learned by my own research and dealing with the company. The products used are very good according to others input. The current technician Zach, is meeting my expectations. Pictures after each visit of different locations treated, and after my initial challenge of the employee coming out during the winter, I was pleased with his knowledge and confidence on the subject, so he at the least has yet to let me down! Last guy Mycal....not so much. The original salesman was young, caught him in a lie, but attributed it to age and excitement, scolded him and let it pass. Rewind to the the wife portion, and I'd have turned the service away in hindsight. Only so much longer left on the contract now, and from all the feedback on the charges for cancelling, I'll just keep the contract and avoid that headache. Overall, it may not sound like it but I'm satisfied with the service. Just won't be re upping for the items listed above. I do like my technician though!
