- KJkenya jamzNov 10, 20251.0I will never go to the one on Pendletonpike again. The black girl with the braids was rude. She was answering the phones getting smart with the people and slammed the phone down and said everyone gets on her nerves. I wanted to get the online deal she said I couldn't get it, and used profanity when She said it. I just said I would go else where. I went online to make my purchase for the same couch she charged me 100 dollars more.I have been renting from them since my kids were little they are in thier 20s, its always a pleasant experience going there because you can actually own a nice piece of furniture, it cost more but im able to own it without going through my credit and I can have it now! Karla last year at the east location made it so much fun and made sure we got the right recliner! It seems she may not like her job but she needs not take it out on customers.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
