So far, the whole process has been extremely efficient and timely. He was quick to respond to my initial call requesting information, I was scheduled for an appointment within a week, and he provided me with ETA updates on his arrival before my appointment. He thoroughly diagnosed the issues with my current HunterDouglas blinds and patiently walked me through all my options, even showing me samples should I decide to replace them. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot whatsoever. Mitsu is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with him and Budget Blinds!
