  Depends on who you get . Some are very cordial , others just want to get in and out - at least that's the impression I get. This past time I told the guy we had had some mice in the kitchen area + he never said anything about if he did anything. There's a a box on the outside of the house for mice that gets loaded with something + my husband and I looked at it after he left and wondered if he had reloaded it because he never said anything about it so we're not sure about our mild situation??

  Hey, why doesn’t someone call me tomorrow cause I’m pretty sure no one showed up today so I’m actually not going to give you any credit for showing up today and I actually want to cancel my service. I’ve had multiple issues with this company so if you do not call totally cool but cancel my service. No one Came today, so if you could please verify that you did not charge me

  They forged my signature to lock me into a contract!Avoid this company at all costs. Their business model is built on manipulation and flat-out fraud. Key Issues:Forgery: The technician who serviced my home took it upon themselves to electronically sign the contract on my behalf without my consent or knowledge. Unauthorized Enrollment: By forging my signature, they locked me into a long-term commitment that I never approved. Deceptive Scheduling: They only show up once every 90 days, which is completely outside of what was represented to me during the sales pitch. Predatory Sales Tactics: They use high-pressure, manipulative techniques to get their foot in the door, then bypass your actual approval to secure their commission. Bottom Line: This isn't just a bad service; it is a deceptive practice. I am currently disputing all charges with my bank and reporting the unauthorized electronic signature to the authorities.

  I got no notice anyone was coming, no texts no emails. No one knocked on the door. I got an email stating our service was completed at 5 pm today. It’s currently 10:15am. I did receive a generic email telling me such and such was done. No pictures as usual. I ain’t paying for that!
