  I will never go to the one on Pendletonpike again. The black girl with the braids was rude. She was answering the phones getting smart with the people and slammed the phone down and said everyone gets on her nerves. I wanted to get the online deal she said I couldn't get it, and used profanity when She said it. I just said I would go else where. I went online to make my purchase for the same couch she charged me 100 dollars more.I have been renting from them since my kids were little they are in thier 20s, its always a pleasant experience going there because you can actually own a nice piece of furniture, it cost more but im able to own it without going through my credit and I can have it now! Karla last year at the east location made it so much fun and made sure we got the right recliner! It seems she may not like her job but she needs not take it out on customers.

  Everyone I encountered at this location was so empathetic helpful and understanding with what I was going through and dealing with them yesterday was the easiest process I’ve encountered durning my abrupt move to Lawrence I just really wanted to thank you all.Its so easy to forget that this is a business at the end of a day people sometimes expect to get something for nothing and that’s just not how life works so many complaints about over pricing and fee but it’s simple explained before you even walk in the store if the price and fees are too much buy the items out right but honestly I just want to thank all three employees who I had the pleasure of doing business with

  They were there when I needed them and lost their minds when I was late twice. After having a wild human show up in the cottages...I stopped paying and moved to GA, account fell off 4 years later at age 26...didn't affect life or credit. This is from long ago but the wild human still creates disdain in my mind for this company and location. He was a big guy caramel skin and bald...large eyes and aggressive when looking for a late payment, as though he was Calvin Aaron's or Brandon Aaron's! I was late in the wrong so file the paperwork but showing up irate was super odd ! Glad I have matured and don't use these places and manage money better ! Prayers for all who use their services and treatment thereafter ! 💜

  Do NOT rent anything from them unless you check it over before it goes into your house. We got a stove from them and it quit working so they sent us another one. The one they sent us was INFESTED with roaches. We called them and told the and they said what do you want us to do about it. I said come get this thing and send us one that's bug free. They said they could only send us a new one for more money. They wouldn't give us the price we were paying and they refused to pay for the exterminator we called. So as I said. If you don't want any bugs, check out whatever you get very thoroughly before you even think about getting it. I refuse to get anything else from them ever again.
