There was no explanation prior to this that the price would increase and i was not told i was getting a special when I originally rented the unit so I guess they just put stuff in the fine print instead of making customers aware. I definitely would have gone elsewhere had i known the prices would increase. And i had two units with them. The prices went up on both units. I unfortunately had some financial hardship over the year i was renting from them and they charged $40 late fees then a week later $120 foreclosure fee. I already think storage units are a big rip off but at least uhaul kept the price the same. If I could give them zero stars i would. Also the customer service isn’t the best either.
