They have a big sign that says "first month free", but when I asked why I didn't receive a free month, I was told it was only certain units. Next, they just raised my bill out of nowhere. An extra $20 a month for no reason. Also, I always pay my bill, IF I forgot and received a call or text, I would immediately pay. For some reason, this month they did not reach out. And after 6 days, ... 6!... they tagged on an additional **$20** late fee. They also locked my unit so I could not access it. I paid the bill, but there was NO ONE working to take the lock off.... No courtesy call, No heads up. I just find out that they locked the unit when I showed up to access my items and there was nothing I could do... I left a message with customer support and also left a voicemail with the location, but No return call.... It's obvious they don't care about their customers

After hours, the managers have to be paged, which can sometimes make them difficult to get ahold of, so I did not receive a response on the day of my rental. I’ll spare you the details of my issues, because all were addressed by the store manager, Krystal (sorry if that is misspelled). Business transactions are hardly ever perfect. There will be situations that arise. What is important is how those concerned are addressed. So thank you for listening and offering a resolution!
