    The experience was wonderful. They came in picked up the Lawnmower 54 inch cut. The chef was broken on it that my son had done fixed it like it was brand new great price and dropped it back off at my home. You cannot ask for more than that wonderful people great attitude Fix Lawnmower no problem 10+ excellent

    Where is experiment I ever had in my life was for someone to come and pick up my lawnmower. That was a 54 inch cut took care of the work for me. As as far as as in my son hit something knocked the shelf off. They fixed it great price and bought it back to my home brand new you cannot ask for more than that. They are terrific when it comes down to fixing lawn mowers I give them 10+.

    I have been going to Terpstra for my snow blowers and mowers for many past years. It was now after this latest experience I realized how their business practice is border line deceptive. I just got the Toro snow blower 724 and am not happy at all. Thats because of the jumping and then out of control to get straight again. I am over 70 year old and expected no effort. But what I got was a back ache. If you have uneven sidewalks and try to tilt up that is when jumping starts. If auger encounters a snag, it jumps and becomes out of control. If you just tilt the front end, no auger, and go down the street, the pace is erratic. When it was first delivered, I tried it and right away it jumped. I told the delivery guy the control is way too sensitive. He stated I would get use to it. I contacted the dealer and the service guy replied lift the front end with handle, not the pace control. When I did this my left hand was on the pace bar and also with my left hand was depressing the auger lever while my right hand was on the static bar below the pace control. I suppose if I was in 20's I would have no problem with this complex operation. Bud I am in my 70' and have arthritis in my hands so I struggled ending up with a back ache and getting exhausted. I told the service guy to contact TORO and ask how to make the pace drive less sensitive. He said he was not able (or won't) to do that. I told the service guy that either they fix the sensitivity of the pace control, replace the snowblower, or give me a refund. I got no response for Terpstra. I have the big Toro snow blower and the single stage drive with no problems. I have the 30" Toro walk behind mower with the pace speed and have not had any problems in the 3 years I have it. The dealership should give me an even exchanged from this snowblower to the 824 which does have pace speed but has static speed gear setting. If Terpstra is an honorable business and appreciate customer loyalty, they should leave a voicemail message and let me know when they will pick up the 724 and leave the 824 with no additional charge. I also have to say that Terpstra does not honor Toro Corporation discounts, nor free delivery from Toro Corporation, and in addtion was not helpful with my recent experience. I did contact Toro corporate and found out the $1200 charged by Terprestra was discounted to $999. I also found out that the $114 delivery from Toro Corporate was suppose to be free. Very disappointed with the treatment I have received.

    Tony was amazing he helped me pick out an awesome Echo Weed whacker, and he also helped me put the attachments on. I appreciate everything he did for me while I was there. It would have been really tough for me to try to do it myself. Thank you so much tony.
