On Saturday I was out of town looking to purchase a snow blower. The one I was looking for I could of purchased on line . It was a Toro self-propelled easy start snow blower. I was told there was a to dealer close to my home which happened to be Terpstra. Because I had done business with them prior and purchasing a lawn mower and having repairs done there I was excited that it was close to home as opposed to having to purchase online. Making a call to the dealer and spoke to a gentleman who was very polite and helpful by the name of Tom. Because I was out of town we inquired if they happened to have the snow blower in stock, that we were looking for. They said that they did and we asked if it was possible for them to hold it until Monday when I returned and I would come and pick it up. Arriving to pick it up I was very excited as I was waited on immediately. Was taken to the snowblower that I wanted to purchase that was on hold for me. The instructions on how to work it and what I needed to do to prepare for the winner and what was needed after the winter was explained very carefully to me. All of my questions were answered that I had asked. And so I'm very happy with how they checked it out before I took it out of the store, they took it to my car and lifted it into my car for me and told me that if I had any questions to feel free to contact them. Now that I'm excited for winter to come, but I will definitely be prepared and know that I will be able to easily start the snowblower and remove the snow and save my back. I truly appreciate that Tom was so kind to save the snow blower for me until today when I was able to pick it up. He is truly amazing and I'm so happy that I was able to purchase it from Terpstra's. In my eyes Tom and the company is a five-star rating.

Today, I returned a Stihl product that I purchased (never used) back to Terpstra’s. Not knowing their 15% restocking on returns, they waived the fee and helped me out. I realize that this is their store policy and will adhere to that policy toward future purchases. I have been a Terpstras customer for 15 years and they always look after their customers. Thanks
