- PTPatrick TimpeFeb 23, 20265.0Complex gas log fireplace controls wiring upgrade to existing equipment. Service techs extremely diligent, careful in working around existing gas feed tubing, safety-conscious and very knowledgeable about my 22 year old fireplace appliance. Working like brand new now. And of course and importantly, final invoice was most fair and reasonable. I have no reservation in recommending Pool City for anything gas log fireplace related and also their knowledge of all things regarding swimming pools. A+ company!!!!!

They came out quickly and on time to service them but they really needed to be replaced. I’m very happy with the new logs and the quick friendly service I received. I would recommend them for fireplace logs and the gas grill I also bought 30 years ago from them. I have had good service with that also.

The concrete still looks great, the liners lasted far longer than is average (like 16 yrs) and all mechanical replacements have been handled well and fairly quickly. They sell the better quality items so you end up spending less money on service and have more time in your pool. Now I'm 67 and am downsizing to a sports size pool so I can continue to enjoy it and maintainance is easier for me. I'm so excited. Hope I can find a beach volleyball playmate! Thank you for all your hard work Chris and team.
