They do so much to be able to accommodate and work with you and keep you up-to-date and keep you posted. I had my furniture in storage for close to two years, and it was well maintained and taken care of. Got a 5x5 temp controlled unit and then a 10x15. Very stressful times, ran out of space and had to add one more 5x5. I struggled trying to keep it all straight as they were rented at different times with different costs and not adjacent to one another. Tammy the manager has been most helpful with her suggestions, knowledge of the app, recommendations on insurance, and has worked to get us the best rates.
