The hallways the doors the ceiling and on ALL OF MY FURNITURE! my insurance claim was DENIED . Then I came here and saw all the other people whose things were ruined! The negligence of this facility is unreal! The office manager Renee, told me on the phone that the climate control failed LAST SPRING!?!??!!! No one was notified. The refuse to take any accountability I was told someone would be contacting me about reimbursement , that was a week ago.. I got an email today with a move out notice. WHAT A JOKE!
