I had a coupon that would not scan at self check out. The very sweet tall lady was trying to help but it still wouldn’t work. We went to his register where he finished with his one customer, she explained to him. He turned and put my paper on the shelf and it fell on the floor then another customer came up so he ignored both the clerk and I and waited on the next customer. I left without my discount. Very rude to ignore both her and I!!
