    I visited Lowe's Franklin this morning. I had excellent customer service from Myra. She went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed and that I was taken care of in a timely manner. Greatly appreciate her service and work ethic.

    Went to Lowe’s only because my husband wanted to give them another try. This was to buy a washer/dryer was very pleased with the sales person so I agreed to get them from there. They were to be delivered next day from 11-4. We were then notified truck broke down and it would be a 2 hour delay we said okay 2 hrs went by still no delivery and then 2 texts and email saying they were delivered. We notified them if no delivery another hour and half still no delivery called and requested delivery first thing on Wednesday said I would have to call and reschedule. So I called Lowe’s and said what if I wanted to cancel order but that person couldn’t cancel manager would have to left my number for home to call. Another hour and half I called back was told manager cancelled order. I could go on and on. Here it is Friday I got my appliances from somewhere else and still waiting on Lowe’s to cancel order. This is the worst service ever. But sad for the salesperson. Never will do business with Lowe’s again.
