  Had purchased a Brand new dryer And Washer from here if they were even new and not even 3 months after the warranty goes out the dryer took a crap the motor is out.stay away from here do not go there they sell old appliances at a high price I had problems with them ever since I bought them shame on you taking advantage of people

  I'd give 0 stars if it would let me. They basically refused to install a microwave I purchased even though it was the same size as the old one. While they refunded my money on the purchase, I've lost time on the replacement and am extremely frustrated. I purchased an over the range microwave from Wisemans last week and had an install scheduled. The installer came out and we ran into an issue with the tile back-splash on the wall where he said the grout was covering up screws that would have prevented him from removing the old unit. He said he wouldn't touch the grout, which I understood and said I'd see if I can get my tile guy out there to address. I went ahead and removed the grout so we could get the old unit removed. Turns out, there aren't any screws attaching the bracket to the microwave. I attempted to reschedule the install; the installer called me and asked me to remove the old unit and confirm measurements. He provided me the dimensions of the new unit to make sure there would be enough clearance to get the new unit installed. I looked online at the dimensions of the unit I purchased and confirmed they are the exact same as the unit I was replacing. I called the store back to discuss this and was told the installer would call me back. I got a call back from the manager saying the installer didn't want to touch it. Very disappointed; I wanted to support a local business but will have to go with someone else. Will not be shopping here again.

  Bought a new Frigidaire upright freezer and had it delivered by Wismans. Does NOT cool, temp goes as low as 54F. The service people they referred us to -from Frigidaire- cannot fix it each of their trips out, that’s when they actually show up anyway. It’s been months and I’ve paid a grand for a fancy Frigidaire that DOESNT work. I even asked them to check for function before I left the store! No, I don’t recommend them.

  Wismans came out to help with a couple of my appliances and they were respectful, professional, and they were wonderful to work with! Will definitely call them again!
