Unbeknownst to me they use Uber Eats to do these types of deliveries. I got notification the delivery was completed. When I went to look, I found that the driver delivered a sandwich from Penn Station. I talked to Lowe’s on multiple occasions, finally someone from local store, and was told that Lowe’s would do nothing for me and that I had to contact Uber for the refund. Uber has been of little to no help. Done with Lowe’s.
