Wasn't helpful at all , I weigh 110 lbs and needed a sheet of plywood and couldn't get any assistance from employee at all I had to go find it and drag it to register and carry it out and tie down by myself. I will not go back to that store.

Do not do business with this store. Staff are not friendly and they do not care for customers. I purchased a chain saw 6 days ago to trim up a tree that had fallen. Yesterday when I finally opened the box and gased up the saw it was hard to start, not a big deal as we were able to get it running. It ran for about 5 mins and died. It would not restart and the chain oil tank was leaking bad. Today I cam to Lowes to try and return it and was told its past 48 hours and it could not be returned. They pointed at a number for craftsman and stated I had to call them. They wont hrlp in any way shape or form you are just on your own. Why would they care they made their money. Where has customer service gone. Where have the business that stand behind what they sell gone. I recently switched my business from buying from menards to Lowe's. Looks like we're going back to menards. We never had issues like this with thrm.

Installers came, dryer didn’t work. Instead of using a meter to test for power, they shorted ends together and now my 220 outlet doesn’t work. Lowe’s said they would call me within 48 hours, still nothing from them. Going on a week and still nothing from Lowe’s, unprofessional is too nice of a word.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
