    Ordered a drill 5 days ago for same day delivery and it never showed, spoke with 5 customer service reps and no one knew where it was. Brandon, the ASM took it into his own hands and literally drove it out to my house from his store across town. What a wonderful human being.

    Management showed little care for a customer that's been with them for decades and spends tens of thousands of dollars with them every year and yet their policies cannot be changed even if products are right and pro card in hand and receipts in hand. It makes no difference. There are many other companies to choose from. We will begin to. Common sense would have said the customer is right and deserves value. Sad that Lowe's is not able to value us. Their policy is more important.

    Bought a new fridge from them and was promised they’d move our old one into the basement. On delivery the driver told me the fridge was “damaged and repackaged” and showed me a label on the box that said exactly that. I asked what was damaged and he said it was the compressor! I refused it and he also said they don’t move old appliances around the house and wouldn’t move my old fridge. He Callie’s a Lowe’s emoloyee who’s story changed several times only to tell me they won’t do it like they promised. I immediately went there to speak with a manager but was denied twice because they said there wasn’t anything they could do but email their appeasement dept. so they let me review the email explaining the story and I watched them send it. FF to now a week later and I’d heard nothing. I called and talked to the same asst. store manager, Connor that I did before. He claimed they should’ve contacted me to follow up. He also said he confirmed they won’t move my old fridge. I asked what he could do to make this right and he said they could only email the “appeasement dept.” again and it’d take 1-2 weeks for a response that’d only be determining how much money to give me on a gift card. Absurd!! I’ve never had a worse experience shopping. Lowe’s has lost all of my respect and future business. Apparently they’ll say anything to make a sale even if it means lying to their customers. DON’T SHOP AT LOWES!

    I use this location for all of my home improvement needs, most of the team members are very helpful, I’ll drive pass other home improvement stores to get to this location
