However, I went to the framing department at this location to have a jersey framed in a frame purchased at Hobby Lobby. I am a returning customer, have had several jerseys framed at this location and have never had any issues. The lady working in the framing department made the entire experience a displeasing one. She stated to me that she “refuses to frame my jersey” due to having a bad experience framing another customer’s jersey in the past - long story short, she couldn’t figure out how to get the jersey in the frame and that in her “6 years of working there she will never do it again”. I kindly asked if there was someone else in the dept that does know how to do it - she was not at all helpful in her response to this question, by the way and never really answered it. So I had to be heavily inconvenienced by having to drive all the way across town to have the other location in order to have someone there frame it for me - my experience at this location was great. The lady working the framing department at the Coldwater location was very snarky, short, rude and quite honestly just acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with it. Respectfully, Hobby Lobby, someone shouldn’t be working in your departments that can’t even do the job and provide the service that you offer and advertise. Was very disappointed in my experience.
