Their communication was outstanding—every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always knew what was happening with our pool installation. The entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which gave us a lot of confidence in their work. We admittedly asked a lot of questions along the way, and they were always quick to respond without ever making us feel like a burden or getting frustrated with us. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. Most importantly, we absolutely love the end result. Our new pool exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Hillside Pools to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and an overall excellent experience!

They sent someone outside of their normal service hours over the weekend to come trouble shoot my issue since I let them know we were having an important party later that weekend. The Hillside difference is real. They should be the only partner for your pool.

- JGJackie GriffinMay 20, 20191.0We went there looking for a common pipe fitting; it's a threaded plastic tube, not a specialty part, and were told that since the "parts guy" couldn't find a part number, he couldn't find the part. We didn't bother explaining that it won't have a part number since it's a universal item, we just left, went to Olympia Pool & Spa, and got the part we needed from the many parts hanging on the wall. Lesson learned, from now on we will drive the extra distance and go to the store that not only understands what common pipe fittings are, but carries them too.
