- JBJonathan Bull1 day ago1.0I'm not happy about paying almost $2k for a bed frame today(11-22-22), that won't come in until after Dec 25th. However, their return policy starts from purchase date not delivery date.. So when it comes in we can't return it if it doesn't look or fit right in the room. Only thing we can do is cancel it once its delivered for pick up. The manager needs to contact me and make it so that when we bring it home we have atleast 2 days to bring it back. We've done enough business with them this shouldn't be the issue. What happens if we get it home and open the boxes and it's damaged?? Are we stuck with it? That's the way it was explained.

Chris allowed us to walk around freely with no pressure . He would check in to see if we had any questions or needed anything . We were there for quite sometime admiring everything they had to offer on the floor . We came to a decision to purchase a couch . We called Chris over he got everything ready to go for us . Explained all there services they have . We loved working with him ! We will buy our rooms from here again .

Morgan was knowledgeable, she listened to us, knew exactly where to go, gave me several options, was very polite. She didn’t crowd us, she gave us time to think it over and discuss what we wanted. She was a ray of sunshine! We left with a new couch and recliner and a very satisfied, happy customers!
