Then, a few months later another piece just stopped working, the tech team was sent out and they were great. After a week of no information, we reach out to the store and it took them 2 weeks to get back to us and when they did they didn’t have a solution. We are 4 months out with a broken $6,000 couch that we have had for 1 year and still have heard nothing, and it appears our correspondence has been deleted. To say it’s disappointing would be an understatement.
