However he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me figure out how to diagnose my issue. He outlined which parts he thought were most likely defective and gave me detailed instructions on how to test everything. One conversation made it clear that he is a very honest and caring person. I will happily call him to help me with appliances in the future. I can’t recommend him enough! Truly a great guy.

He let me tell him my issue in great detail and recommended some things to look at, since i have pretty much rebuilt the washer with the exception of the motor and transmission. If i can not get this figured out, Sam is going to be the first person I call.
