There is a different face behind the counter every month. One Manager tells me to use a certain product and the next tells me to NEVER use that product. They are always having IT issues and can’t help with ordering a product. The current Manager who boldly tells me that he has been doing pool chemicals for 5 years, while I have had my pool for more than 20 years. And he is NOT a pleasant person. I will be switching to Pools of Fun!
