It almost seems that’s a canned response to make it appear they will resolve issues, but they really don’t. Here is the Original review: When booking the unit on their website, it states “Elevator Access”. However the elevator has been down since the beginning of September. When asked about getting a credit I was told they could offer $25 when we are paying nearly $170/month. Then goes on to try to explain they can’t offer more discount or provide any help using the stairs because the repairs will cost them $12,000. Unfortunately the issue remains unresolved.
