Jeff is the owner. He is knowledgeable and polite. Jenny works as a store manager. She is very polite and sincere with her help. I would recommend buying any spa related item from them. They back what they sell and charge a very fair amount for all of their products. They do not try to upset or convince customers they need extra items that are not necessary. The atmosphere is friendly and up to date on the latest technology.
