    I want to give a huge thank you to Ace, Heaven, and Amanda from the Lowe’s Pro team. They were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to see employees who truly care about customers the way they do. They answered all my questions, helped me find the right materials quickly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As someone who works on multiple projects, I really appreciate efficient and professional service. Honestly, employees like Ace, Heaven, and Amanda are the reason I keep coming back to Lowe’s. Management should definitely recognize them — they represent the company at the highest level.

Garrick went above and beyond to help me — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain options, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly represents Lowe’s in the best possible way. Employees like Garrick are the reason customers come back. Lowe’s should definitely recognize and reward him for his outstanding customer service. Highly recommend asking for Garrick if you shop here!

    Currently having a terrible time with Lowe’s and their delivery team. I was first rung up for 2 washers when I asked for a washer and dryer. I had to go back and purchase a dryer and wait for it to be delivered again. This time the delivery person burned up the plug trying to plug it in. They are now refusing to do anything about it. If you need an appliance do not purchase it here.

    I am so disappointed that I bought a brand new tree last week and it didnt come in a box. Instead it came all in a bag. We got home just to find out the tree stand wasn't even in there. We called the store a couple days later since I was waiting for them to call which my phone didnt show me that they did. My husband talked to them and explained it. They responded the stand was on the bag or put in it when you picked it up. My husband said he would recheck which they said okay and hung up on him. We tried to return it last night but was told we couldnt since it was pass January 1st. Im so disappointed that I paid money for something and we cant even use it.

    They like to play around a lot. I had an order which included a FULL propane tank and then gives me an empty one and cant even exchange it and who knows if ill even recieve my refund. Dude on the phone was super rude and sounded like a nerd. So screw this lowes ill never come here again.
