    Nice sized lowes, but absolutely zero help from workers. We bought a toolbox here and it took them a little over an hour to get the box off one of them shelves because it had to be taken down with a forklift operator, of which they only had 1 for the day. Once we finally were able to leave, we got the box home and the box was destroyed by the forklift operator. Bending the whole backside of the toolbox in, so none of the drawers could even open. Now we have to load it back up and return it. I won't be shopping at this lowes again. Not unless I have at least an hour to stand around and wait for assistance.

    Customers Beware! I was thinking about ordering carpet with Jennifer from the installment company. Suddenly out of nowhere she quoted me for Gaucho Brown Stainmaster carpet $1.98 to $1.18 with a forever guarantee. I ordered the carpet with borders. I paid over a thousand dollars for one room and a hallway. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive. The installer called when the carpet arrived and I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment three guys arrived at the end of the window. I had to take off from work and pay someone to move my furniture into another room. One guy asked me to verify the carpet before he installed it. He showed me a blue shabby looking carpet that he said wasn't Stainmaster. I said I would only accept the brand I paid for and it wasn't the right color and where are my borders. He said I don't do borders. He drove off without saying bye. I called several people at Lowe's. Vickie called back after about thirty minutes. She wanted to know why I didn't take the blue carpet. She was rude until I asked her name. She also stated the wholesaler usually sends a cheaper carpet and Eric said it was blue/brown. Which he later admitted he had never seen the carpet I ordered. He said if I reordered it would take another 3-4 weeks. Even though it was showing there were 66 of them in stock. The next morning I went to the store and asked for a refund. The guy said the carpet was never shipped and didn't want to give me a refund at first. They didn't quite get a 1, rating but I don't see a spot for a 0 rating.
