Constantly tries to push off broken inventory. Items are disorganized and in wrong bays. Staff is unhelpful and will force you to walk in circles and majority won't help load vehicles properly. Had same issues at West side Evansville Lowe's. Henderson Lowe's is best store in the area.

What a worthless establishment. I cannot express the amount of frustration it has been to get them to address a mistake caused by their own customer service, compounded by their rebate center, and left on me to deal with it. If you try to get any help at all over the phone or over chat, you will be met with the most useless AI imaginable. They cost me $90 and refuse to fix their mistake.

Utilitech rechargeable under the counter led 2 pk light bar sold by Lowe's is junk. I recieved for a present. One worked one didn't. Exchanged them ...took back second box neither one worked. On my third box now, back to one works one doesn't. Called the company that made them , all they could say was sorry. Called Lowes and talked to a manager who acted like he couldn't care less and the only thing he could say was he'd let the company know, which does me no good and I doubt will ever happen. Very dissatisfied with product and customer service.
