Great place to find all your hardware needs along with shipping supplies like very large boxes that I wasn't aware of until today. This Lowes was clean and had very courteous staff. I was greeted when I came in. The person that helped me had me in amd out in less than 10 minutes. I also noticed that sales and deals were everywhere throughout the store. Good value items. All in all, a 10 for me.

Walked into eastside Evansville location today and tried to exchange a hoodie for a smaller size that I got as a gift from Christmas ,cashier didn’t want to help me and said she she couldn’t do it, I asked for corporate number and she didn’t know it, called the store in the parking lot and after 13 minutes on hold and called 3 times finally talked to mgr Hatan… he said policy no exchanges without receipt but we can try looking it up by purchaser phone number, I went back in store and Hatan and Jessica and the previous lady was at the service counter, Jessica told me to go have the previous girl help me, Hatan came over and they couldn’t find the purchase by the purchased phone number, mgr had no idea what was going on and told me they didn’t have it instock off of his scanner and I said I don’t want the same size I would like to exchange it for smaller size, he said can’t do it if can’t find receipt,….this was to be a extremely simple exchange but Lowe’s says they can’t. Very poor customer service experience

Ordered appliances from them mid November. Delivery was set for December 16th, text confirmation day before, no show. Called and was pushed to the 20th…no show. Called and it was pushed to the 30th…..no show, pushed to January 15th…we’ll see. I own multiple properties and have gotten Atleast 3 cabinet and appliance sets from them in the past, never again. Just go elsewhere and save the hassle.

Don’t use them for flooring installation, they use a really crappy company and the odds are you’ll have to have someone else come out and fix it.
