Because of how we were dressed (in outdoor working on the pool clothes) she was very "concerned" that we wouldn't be able to afford what we needed. I went back this year hoping to give them another shot. It was the same manager and she was pretty rude. She talked down to other customers for not knowing what do to, how to treat their pool, etc. I will not be back.
