- GGGina Gream4 days ago5.0We went into this store with an open mind, Justin Dossery was the sales representative that waited on us, he took his time listening to our concerns and our needs, we told him up front we lived over 2 hours away and we were just looking, I feel like even though he knew we were just looking I believe he spent as much time with us as he would have with someone local that was ready to buy, I highly recommend this store & Justin if you are anywhere near Evansville Indiana, very pleased with his service and time he took to wait on us, he even suggested local to us La Z Boy dealers that would deliver that were in our local area, excellent job Justin much respect and appreciation for how you handled our situation

The sales person said the price was incorrect and an error and raised the cost $300 a chair! Talk about bait and switch. Also there is no pick-up option, I addition to the cost of the chair you have to pay $99 delivery fee for each chair. Not a fan of the misrepresentation or the add-on.

We believed this to be a quality brand and furniture that would last many years, but soon after the April 2025 delivery, stitches came loose. Then a piece of leather on a back corner. Now, one reclining seat tilts the user sharply to the right with a jolt! We tried contacting the warranty servicecwe paid $300 extra for, but they refused to act on any of these defects. We tried contacting the store (Kelly) for help to no avail. Back to cheap 3-5 yr sofas for us. These things are junk and thecwarranty is worthless.
