Generally speaking, it takes between 7 and 9 working days to complete a pool project depending on weather, contractor schedule, and supply logistics.
How do I set up a swimming pool consultation? Is there a fee?
We offer totally free, no-obligation, on-site consultation where our project manager or one of our owner will meet you on your property and give you a full on the spot quote. We'll look at your yard, answer your questions, give our advice, and leave you with a solid price as to what we think the project should cost.
I'm looking at doing my entire backyard. Does Kelley Custom Pools offer a full turn-key package that includes landscaping and everything?
It's very difficult to do an entire backyard and keep up with the expected quality of your swimming pool build and design. A pool contractor is, and should be, very different from a landscaper. As our president and owner often has said, Do what you do, and just do that. That said, we strive to maintain good working relationships with contractors and landscaping firms so that we can work hand and glove to help facilitate making your backyard dreams come true.
How often should I check my pool water's chemistry? Is it really that important?
Checking your water chemistry is crucial. It's a quick and simple process that can protect your investment and cut down on unnecessary expenses. You'll want to test it yourself with a quality test kit at least once a week, and we recommend having you bring a water sample in for us to test at least once in a month. There is no charge for this, and it can really help to catch potential issues before they become major expenses.
Do you have a sales floor or storefront?
We have a 2000 sqft. showroom and retail space that is open year-round. In addition to a fully functional in-ground pool on display and other visual aids to help you choose the right pool for you, we offer a full line of chemicals, supplies, and water testing, and have a resident chemist on staff to help you maintain your pool and answer any question you might have.
Do you offer any financing?
We do not offer any in-house financing, but we work with trusted partners that offer pool-specific financing options. You can choose to finance the entire project through one of these partners, or just fill in the gaps of your current budget to get the pool you want.
Do you offer above-ground pools?
No, we do not offer above-ground pools. There are many quality contractors in the area that do, but we have found that we are at our best when we are focusing on just constructing custom, high-quality in-ground pools.
