They reset the store and the floors look dirty and nasty now. Not as organized. They never have enough checkouts open. Takes forever to get through the checkout. People are usually very friendly and shelves are always stocked
My wife needed some backing from the fabric department, we walked in on a Saturday, at 7:54, they close at 8:00. We went back to the fabric area and the woman directed us to the rack, she promptly measured and wrapped what was needed, drew up a detail slip to take to the register up front, circled the 30% savings for the current sale, handed us the slip and thanked us for shopping at Hobby Lobby and, "have a great evening."
The woman at the register was equally as cheerful and promptly completed the transaction and wishing us a great evening.

If your in a hurry this is not the place to go. There are seven workers stocking shelves by the registers, along with the manager (Aaron) standing watching over them, instead of putting a few of them on a register. There were only two people working the registers with lines of 10-12 people each. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
I’m standing in Hobby Lobby right now. There are 12 registers - 9 are closed. The lines for the 3 that are open have more than 20 people in them.
I would like to think this is just a busy day but it’s like this everyday. 2 weeks ago I stopped by and seen the lines and turned around and left….encouraging people on my way out to not go in.
You can afford staff. DO BETTER !!!
Great customer service, found what I was looking for at a reasonable price... However, as an artist with love and respect for my craft and fellow artists, I won't be back. I came here to see if HL could be my new craft supply store after our local Joanne's closed, but no way José! This store was filled with AI art all over it's merchandise, which is so deplorable to the environment and obviously to art itself. (Don't believe me? Educate yourself - it's a known fact at this point...) It's so hypocritical and soulless for a craft store to sell merchandise with AI (stolen) art on it. Funnily HL doesn't use barcodes to 'prioritize humans over computers', yet they use AI? Shameful. Fellow artists - vote with your dollar! Patron small local artist shops over the hypocritical, greedy and deceptive big chains like Hobby Lobby.
