    We purchased a bathtub through Ferguson 2 years ago for a guest bathroom. It never really got used until just recently. With an increase in usage, the tub developed a crack, which should be covered under the American Standard Warranty. We called Ferguson to start the claims process and then never heard anything about it. After 2 weeks, we reached out to get some kind of update. We were either immediately directed to a voicemail, or were told the person we needed to talk to was “on the phone”. Several voicemails were left, and no call back was ever received. Finally we decided to go in person for an update. The manager we spoke to said she understood our frustration and told us she would look into our claim personally and call us that afternoon with an update. We never heard back. Why is it so difficult to return a phone call? I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    Bought Moen kitchen faucet 18 months ago the thing has never worked right I’ve gotten no customer service help from Ferguson. They just referred me to Moen. The plumber tells me Ferguson should’ve shown me how to use the faucet, Ferguson says the plumber should’ve showed me how to use the faucet. Went in for follow up manager was not helpful at all. Said she called me. She did not she lied. Sent emails to the wrong email account. Terrible terrible customer service won’t be using this company again.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
