  First let me say that somehow D1 edited my review (M-Capone) and locked it so I can't edit it. I want to provide an update so that others do not get scammed. I paid over $2,000 to Derek for a "5-year warranty for all my appliances".... A service plan he offered and convinced me to do. When it came time to need it.... The first time was to fix my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. He came, and immediately said there's nothing that can be done because it's a known issue with these. He put some silicone around it and left... Which didn't fix it. Fast forward to about 3.5 years after signing up for the "service plan"... This time I called for the dishwasher. After his partner showed to inspect, he deemed it necessary to order a part, and proceeds to tell me how much it will cost. He tells me that I only had a 3-year plan, not 5. I called bs as I still had the check I wrote and '5-year plan" written on it. Derek placed a sticker on the inside of my refrigerator when we signed up for the plan.... But now the sticker is suddenly missing. Wonder how that happened...perhaps it was removed when I called for my ice machine repair? Things that make you go hmm. After much arguing, they agree to do this repair free of charge, but this will be "the last repair"... So I guess that was him telling me the remainder of my 1.5 years on the plan is canceled. His buddy shows up a week later... Ordered the wrong part. Now I wait another week. He's late, ends up getting stuck on a job and reschedules. Shows up... And is taking forever. Finally said he's done... All seems OK. Fast forward to some time later....dishwasher starts flashing lights on the panel and the soap dispenser won't stay closed. I decide I'm fixing it myself... So I order the part, disassemble the front door of the dishwasher and pull the unit out. I find parts left on the floor that were not connected, screws missing, a piece of paper folded up and wedged in to hold up a part where he obviously lost a screw... And cracked pieces of plastic to my control panel frame.... Explaining why it was loose ever since the last repair. Took me a few hours, but I got everything fixed, replaced the missing screws and removed the folded up paper.... Made the correct adjustments to the door, which now opens and closes better, and fixed the insulation which was all folded up when he put it all back together. And I cleaned up after myself which was not done last time. To summarize, use them at your own risk. If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself, or get lucky finding someone who actually knows what they are doing and CARES about your stuff.

  The professional (Derek) knows how to train employees. He makes sure they know what to check. Can't say enough about this company. Decently priced for the work done on my refrigerator/freezer. Highly recommend.
