    I am Completely disgusted. I purchased a washer and dryer, and my dryer only lasted me less than thirty days. Being the fact that I didn't use my lowe's card and I paid cash. I only have forty eight hours after leaving the store to return it. My dryer only will run 5 minutes at a time and they can't help me because I didn't use my lowe's card to get thirty day warranty. I will never shop at lowe's again.After paying six hundred dollars for this dryer. I would not recommend anybody purchasing any appliance from lowe's.This is our policy buyers beware.

    My wife is a veteran. It was her first time to Lowe’s, long story short she came home very upset because when she went to check out and showed them her veterans ID, the gentlemen that I’m guessing was some type of manager, insisted she wasn’t a veteran and she had the wrong ID. After what’s happened with her, this has upset her very badly. We will not be back to this Lowe’s location.

    My parents had a water line leak and lowes in Madison is there home store They always shop there for years. I got off work drove a hour to the Lowe's store and bought the items that I believed would fix the leak and also a 70.00 tool just incase I didnt have one already, and I wanted to get the water fixed ASAP however I needed a Pex adapter 1/2 inch to a 1/2 inch and made the mistake of getting a 1/2 to a 3/4 because it was in the wrong Cubby and didnt realize it until I got to my parents and I couldn't get it slid into the half inch water line oh and when I got there my pex crimper was in my toolbox so the 70.00 tool wasn't needed so needless to say my parents had to go another day without water until I got off work the next day. Well so I ride my Hayabusa into work and in my backpack I take the 70.00 tool and the receipt to work with me because there is a clarksville Lowes by my work however when I arrived there at 4:30 I didnt have my card on me that I made the purchase with so I figured since I had my receipt I would just request the 3:00 part be took from the 70.00 tool I was returning with the receipt and the other 66.00 and the change be issued un the form of store credit but Rodney who assisted me had way different plans first I was looking a little broke and poor I guess because I had been working all day so when I approached Rodney I explained I have a return and a purchase to make and provided him the details the best I could as he was extremely disrespectful and kept saying where's your receipt I mean its obvious Im not a child and the tool and receipt was still in my back pack at that point also the peice I was purchasing can only be put on with that tools since I was returning the tool hopefully he understood I bought it just in case but anyway I felt like I was being treated like a thief once I got my backpack off got the tool still sealed in its packaging and placed it on the counter again where's the receipt I said calm down im getting it well he refused to take the 3.00 and whatever out of the seventy and issued the refund back onto the card I didn't have with me now if I want the part the other store by my parents house over a hour away didnt have it I would have to go home get the card and drive back after a 10 hour shift. So Rodney just treated me awful because the corporate office did say he had the ability to scan the 3 dollar part and issue me the difference in store credit or back on my card and that the choice was mine because I had my receipt so anyway had to contact my credit card company get a virtual card and order the part on lowes.com. after all was said and done because or Rodneys disrespectful customer service skills it took me over 2 1/2 hours to leave with the part so needless to say it was a very horrible experience and from now on we are going to Home Depot.
