Good luck on getting someone to help you in the plumbing department at Lowes in Clarksville, In. I had them paged but no one ever showed up. I seldom see any employees in that department. I asked the lady at the checkouts if they had been bought out by Walmart or Home Depot because they don't have hardly any employees either. Retail service really stinks at most places anymore. No wonder Amazon does so well.

I love lowes! They are always so very helpful when we have questions. Far superior to that other big box home improvement store. Larry in the plumbing department was great & super helpful when we were looking for an affordable faucet!!! He also advised a brand we could trust & has lifetime warranties to take care of any future needs with their product. Ashley, the assistant store manager, was absolutely amazing, going above & beyond to help us when an item we wanted was out of stock. When unable to find that item, she aided us in finding another suitable kitchen faucet which we ended up even happier with, because it was the brand Larry recommend. I can't commend them enough for their top notch customer service. Even Lynn at the self check was super friendly & helpful. Home improvement tasks are never fun or easy, but they made this process so much easier for us! They all deserve raises for their superior service! Thanks!!!
