  I was recently in the need of a new refrigerator. Being new to the area, I most likely would’ve gone to Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Best Buy, but my good friend who knows the area well said we must go to Charlie Wilson’s. That was my best decision of the week. I was meant by Niel Smallwood who immediately took me to look at the units that would fit the space that I had. He checked prices of surrounding stores that were selling that model and assured me that theirs was the lowest price available. My delivery was accomplished two days later by two professionals who took my old unit and installed the new unit in less time than it took me to pull all the tape and stickers out of the fridge. It was such a pleasure being directed through this purchasing process by such professionals. If I need any other appliances, I will be returning to Charlie Wilson’s.

  I've had some bad luck after purchasing a fridge from Charlie Wilson's, but it was more the brand that had issues and I have been very impressed with Charlie Wilson's standing behind the product and going over and beyond in making things right!

  the with Charlie Wilson's was wonderful. And the 2 men that delivered my new refrigerator they were in and out so fast and made sure everything was working properly. They were courteous and kind. I would buy again from Charlie Wilson's

  Mike, the salesman was great. Showed me what I was looking for and did not pressure me at all. I loved that they could deliver my washer and dryer the next day. Even better the delivery guys were right on time and were super nice. I had looked other places and they were going to take a month or more. I would definitely go back to Charlie Wilson's again and highly recommend them.

  Overall, pretty disappointed Service so we purchased an item from them actually we’ve purchased several things from them but here recently we purchased a Maytag black washer and dryer on the dryer. The handle broke. It was totally on us not a warranty or anything like that. We went in there to go ask them what model we had and how to go about getting a replacement handle. The manager was quick to get up out of a seat, hand us a business card to somebody else and send us on our way we were in there for no more than a minute if that we understand that you all may not carry parts, but not to even help us with what model we have so we can relay that information is pretty disappointing. The manager has always been a little iffy to me, but this definitely proved it. I personally won’t ever be back. We spent almost 25 grand last year there and I’ll definitely be taking it somewhere else.
