  We've been renting here for a while now. Have a couple inside units on upper floors. The secure drive-in access, code secured elevators, and bright motion lights make a great setup. Charlie (might be the manager) is always helpful and goes out of his way to take care of you. When I need more storage, I will look here first.

  I was in desperate need of storage same day, due to a random and unplanned decision to buy a new home. In order to stage things, time was of the essence. I called CubeSmart and got a helpful associate who asked about needs and clearly explained my options and pricing. She set me up and told me to head to the office. I went later to the carmel, IN office on Michigan where (Randy, I believe?) helped complete the sale. Within minutes he had shown me my reserved unit, showed me how to use the gate/lock/keypad, and I was moving stuff in. I couldn’t have been more pleased with both the service on the phone and in person, as well as the unit itself. Well sized, well priced and very clean. They even offered a moving truck for next to nothing! 10/10 Would recommend!
