I had a pickup order and they held it for me for quite awhile. I went in just before Christmas to pick them up and it was much quicker than I anticipated. They have a little pick up "room" right at the front of the store and all I had very quick service and someone even brought me a cart to help me out. Thanks!

Very disappointing experience. We purchased a brand new GE washer and dryer from this location. The delivery service guys knocked the thermostat off the wall pulling the wires out completely. Never said anything just tried to set it back on loosely. It’s now 20 degrees outside and we have no heat. I called and I was told unfortunately theirs nothing they can do right now as it will take up to 72 hours for them to complete their “investigation”. So now I’m forced to pay for a HVAC company to do an emergency visit since we are without heat in the dead of winter with small children. When I explained this to them all I got was I’m sorry but it will take up to 72 hours just for someone to reach out to you. They must live in a warmer climate and never experienced single digit temperatures at night!! Do better Lowe’s. You make a mistake no big deal, own up to it and fix it!!!!

Do not use their "store pickup" option. I have used it a total of two times on back to back days. Both times, I had to go back to the store to swap out items with missing components. These were plumbing items, in clear plastic bags which had very obviously been opened by someone else, and very obviously missing items. Two days, two orders, two complete failures, and a lot of my time wasted going back and forth to the store. This store has an employee problem and a reputation problem.
