They have a little pick up "room" right at the front of the store and all I had very quick service and someone even brought me a cart to help me out. Thanks!

The delivery service guys knocked the thermostat off the wall pulling the wires out completely. Never said anything just tried to set it back on loosely. It’s now 20 degrees outside and we have no heat. I called and I was told unfortunately theirs nothing they can do right now as it will take up to 72 hours for them to complete their “investigation”. So now I’m forced to pay for a HVAC company to do an emergency visit since we are without heat in the dead of winter with small children. When I explained this to them all I got was I’m sorry but it will take up to 72 hours just for someone to reach out to you. They must live in a warmer climate and never experienced single digit temperatures at night!! Do better Lowe’s. You make a mistake no big deal, own up to it and fix it!!!!

Both times, I had to go back to the store to swap out items with missing components. These were plumbing items, in clear plastic bags which had very obviously been opened by someone else, and very obviously missing items. Two days, two orders, two complete failures, and a lot of my time wasted going back and forth to the store. This store has an employee problem and a reputation problem.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
