- KKKateJul 16, 20212.0We love our lovesacs and our Sactional so this is not a review based on product but based on customer service. We visited the new carmel location to look at accessories. We ended up purchasing two Sactional coasters and we were told by the employee they would ship within a few days. A week and a half later I reached out to the store only to have them tell me those were on backorder and it would be 4 weeks before we received them. Irritating but whatever. Now it’s been over 4 weeks and we are being told we won’t get them until some time in August. I feel like the guy that sold us the coasters lied about timeframe just to make a sale.
