Lost a lot of my food because of it.

Called Howies for a fridge/freezer repair, they came out did a diagnosis on it, replaced a “bad part” only for it not to be the issue. So we called back and the guy came back out and said we need a different part, but it would take 2 weeks to get it in. I patiently waited the whole time. Only to never hear from them! Zero communication whatsoever and the “assistant” or secretary that answers the phone is an absolute joke. She has zero grasp of the work orders or the customers they are dealing with. We continued to reach out in hopes to just hear something at all and they blocked our phone calls and never responded. 0/10. Terrible.
