    Wow! What an amazing team. I lost my keys in the store so I thought. The team was so gracious and concerned. Looked around for me for an hour. Looked on the camera and found out I had dropped them in the ferns. Now before hand we did some shopping. Good shopping work items and then patio cushions for me. I had an issue with my wallet not working. The team member tried everything. Finally called Edrey over. Edrey helped from going over the wallet working to looking at the cameras and finding my keys. All to say thank you all so much! Oh by the way someone ran over the ferns in the parking lot... Edrey offered to replace them. He did see the whole episode. The poor lady was so apologetic and apologized several times. To our amazement no ferns were damaged. What a afternoon seeing people dedicated and getting such great customer service. Thank you!

    I thought I frequent the store enough and spend enough money here I would get the a little better service when they make a mistake. It doesn’t really matter to them apparently. I purchased a $1200 Grill with all of the accessories on a Tuesday, the reviews on the grill are great except for the assembly process so I decided to choose the Lowe’s Assembly option with home delivery. It had a possibility of being delivered that Friday but most likely it would be the following Monday (Today). Both options were ok with me. They informed me if Monday was too late I could always pick it up Friday as it would be assembled on Thursday. Today I received a notification that the delivery has moved to this Thursday. Well that’s unfortunate, I guess I will just borrow a friend and go pick it up. I called first to let them know I will be picking it up today rather than waiting for Thursday. To my surprise it’s not even assembled, it is still sitting in a box, my options were to pick it up in a box or cancel it. That’s just dandy. I could’ve brought it home last Tuesday when I paid for it. When you make plans for a customer, make sure you hold up your end of the bargain. That’s all I ask. Maybe if the assemblers didn’t get to it or show up last week you could give me a courtesy call and let me know so I can make plans accordingly. I would have picked it up over the weekend to assemble it myself if that was the case.
