He took the time to show me the website on his phone and made sure I was confident that I could use it. I ordered the coat rack easily. It had free home delivery, and was delivered 6 days before the date they quoted.

Once again Lowe’s came to save the day. The gentleman helping me figured out how to fix some of my outdated issues with my plumbing. The only problem is that I made a mistake on measuring my pipe diameter. At this point is was getting late and they were getting ready to close. I got there 5 mins before they closed and every single staff member was just as helpful as before and extremely understanding and helped me get the right size that I needed. Without the helpfulness of this Lowe’s and their staff my family would not have had running water for another day. I am extremely grateful for all the help and support from your staff. Thank you so much!
