- THTabatha HallidayMar 13, 20261.0DON’T BUY DOORS AT the BLOOMINGTON LOWES!!!! We paid for a new front door. They came out to do their measurement. They measured it wrong and tried to tell us we need to do a special order. The guy that came out to do the measurement was the supervisor! He needs a new job because he don’t know how to measure! in fact the door that we bought it’s already in the store. And they wanted to wait two weeks to get it to us and then not have it installed until May. We paid for the door and the Installation and everything two days ago. The store themselves cannot get a hold of the contractor. The contractor won’t call us back either. This was the worst experience we have ever had! We’ve had them do our kitchen countertops, our cabinets, and some of our floors and they done a good job. . However this is by far the worst experience we have ever had anywhere! We went to them because of all the things they have done in the past. Well this experience will be our last!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
