In his contract he signed stated he had 30 days grace period to pay, he never signed a new contract and he was aware of the new rules and guidelines now it's been 9 days and he's restricted and can't get into his unit. He wasn't informed of any of these changes ahead of time which is ridiculous and certainly not a way to conduct business. THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE SO WE WILL NOW BE SPENDING THE REST OF OUR DAY MOVING THINGS OUT, BRAVO Extra Space Storage đź‘Ź
