Long story short she could not guarantee it would be delivered and installed by the holiday that she could cancel. So looks like I’ll shop at another store. It’s a shame I live close to Lowe’s Have use them on several remodel jobs at the properties that LotMan llc owns. PS. My unit set in the store for a week !

One of the managers, Jennifer, was screaming at a young girl who seem to be an employee in front of everyone. It was loud, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially by a manager who’s supposed to be setting an example. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable to watch. You could see how embarrassed the girl was, and the manager just kept going. It says a lot about the kind of environment this store allows if that kind of behavior is happening out in the open. Jennifer needs to be held accountable — no professional workplace should tolerate that kind of conduct from management. Truly disgusting behavior. It was honestly one of the worst displays of leadership I’ve ever seen, and it made me not want to shop here again.
