- ARaustin rossMar 28, 20261.0Marvin started out very nice and helpful, once the companies employees cut my lock and entered my unit without just cause they broke valuable items in an attempt to get photos of the unit due to one late payment which was quickly corrected. After contacting Marvin, he told me he can’t do anything, leave a review for the company, then began trying to retaliate by saying I don’t have insurance to cover the companies damage when insurance wouldn’t cover negligence by company employees anyway. Also, the unit is currently being leased to customers at 150/month yet they raised my rent from the 150 quoted to 251$ a month within 4 months. Very shady company do not rent here. 44$ late fees the they tack on 120 (pre-foreclosure fee) being late one month resulted in 208$ in fees.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
