- HTHover TVDec 18, 20251.0I had a nice poster sized photo printed out at another place for my mom who has stage 4 cancer. I came in to Hobby Lobby looking for a frame for my picture. No one was around in the framing department to help me, so I had a very nice lady in a skirt call someone over for me. The lady who i presume was in charge of the framing department (she had black hair), threw her hands up and freaked out because she was called over for a customer. I said sorry to her, and she said "What do you want??" in a rude manner. I politely asked to build a custom frame. She proceeded to walk me over to the prebuilt frames they had on the shelves. I assumed I was to pick one out so they could put it together for me while i'm at work. I brought the frame back over, and she gave me a disgusted look. I asked if they put them together, and she said "Go home and build it yourself, it's easy." One of her coworkers came up to her, and they proceeded to mock the fact that I asked for help while I was still in earshot. I put the frame back on the shelf and immediately asked a different employee for a manager. The manager said sorry, and that was it. I don't care how good the discounts are at your store. As long as your employees are treating me like that, I will NOT spend money there. I will not shop at Hobby Lobby for the foreseeable future.
