I was the last one to move out and we had a total of 4 units since 2021 and never had a break in or issues accessing our units and the area around it was always clean. Never felt unsafe when I would go late in the afternoon on my own. No issues. Only reason we had to leave was due to us moving to Dallas & LA but we left our stuff in Anderson for over 2 years without any of us around to check on it and again never had issues with leakage, no rodent issues or anything.

Furthermore, I removed my car the very next day and notified you the same day I saw the dimensions of the storage unit that it wasn't enough space! This is truly a rip-off, my friend, as this is very poor service on your part, especially since I sent you several messages about what happened and you only responded the next day!
- ESEmily ShrevesDec 21, 20251.0They doubled my rate after four months. When I called about this the lady I spoke with said she would give me a credit for the next month. And she would have her supervisor call me to see about getting the rate lowered at least a little bit since DOUBLING after four months is insane. Never got a call back and never got my credit for the next month. When I called after being charged the double price again the next month, the supervisor said since there was no message on the account there was no proof anyone promised me a credit so there was nothing they could do about that. He “tried” to get me a $20 refund but wasn’t sure if the higher ups would approve it. They apparently didn’t because it was never refunded back to me. I was told the prices change with the “market” however, I checked the prices online and they are selling the units the same size as mine currently for the same price I signed up for in the first place. This was not disclosed to me when I signed up. He literally told me if I moved out and signed up for another unit in my roommates name I could get the lower price but that was the only way to get it. Which is preposterous. This whole system is a scam in my opinion. And I did not appreciate being treated like a liar just because the new employee didn’t “record what she had promised me in the system”.
