It was suppose to be a 24 hour thing but since my until is a bigger one they gave more than enough time to vacate. It took me a bit to find more people to help move my unit but I got it and even though it's past the time I was suppose to be out I was given more time to move everything. These people are awesome who work here. I like every one of them.
