Aside from being easy on the eyes ☺️, they are kind, service oriented and master craftsmen. We are thrilled with the work they did bringing new life to a 20-year old piece of furniture. A+ on service A+ on quality A+ on price - we paid more for high quality leather and we will get another 20 years out of this bench (if not more). Our tired old ottoman is now a timeless piece that will see a lot more use and elevate the aesthetic of any room in our home. It feels good to recycle an existing item as the quality is significantly better than what what we would've found for comparable cost. Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail and fantastic execution. We recommend Positano's with 10 stars to everyone and we will be customers for life!

- SNStan NOct 5, 20175.0Raphael Positano, owner of Positano’s Custom Upholstery, is the epitome of knowledgeable, talented, caring, hard-working, professional small business owners. He reupholstered a sofa, two chairs and an ottoman for us and the results exceeded our expectations. During the process, he was always readily available to answer our many questions as we decided to reupholster existing furniture rather than acquire some new. He was extremely patient as we visited his office multiple times to select the fabrics from his extensive array of samples. In addition, as the process neared completion, he again had us visit his facility and try different foam arrangements and selections to select the most comfortable. Turnaround time was reasonable and he was extremely careful during pickup and delivery of the furniture pieces. All told, we are glad we chose both to reupholster and utilize Positano’s Custom Upholstery.
